Our privacy answers.
Four questions cover everything this small company does with information. Here they are, answered directly.
What do you collect about me?
Only what the estimate form asks: who you are, the number to call back, where the tree stands, and what you want done. Those four things are forwarded to a single independent tree firm serving Franklin, which returns the call, makes the visit, and writes the estimate; that firm may compensate Harlinsdale Tree Co for the referral. They are shared with no other party, and no marketing list anywhere gains your name because you asked us about a tree. The service hosting these pages carries the form to us, on our behalf and for that purpose alone.
Are calls recorded?
Sometimes, and here is the legal footing first: Tennessee’s wiretap statute (T.C.A. § 39-13-601) makes a recording lawful with the consent of just one side of the conversation — and we consent to recording our own business calls. The point is accuracy — which tree, which limbs, which gate — and a text version of a call may be kept for the same reason. A recording, or that text version, may be shared with the tree firm handling your request so it works from your own description. Prefer an unrecorded call? Ask at the start and you’ll have one; the conversation works fine either way.
Does this website track me?
Only to count visits. The pages carry Google Analytics, whose cookies record how many visits arrive and which pages are viewed, along with taps on the telephone number. There are no ad pixels. The company hosting the site and the carrier routing our phone line keep the routine connection logs every such provider keeps, governed by their own policies — that traffic plumbing is the extent of it.
Can my details be corrected or deleted?
Yes, with one phone call to (615) 813-4751. Wrong number in our notes, or a request to erase what you sent entirely — ask, and it is done. The firm that received your request maintains its own records; please ask it as well.
